Chevrolet includes warranties for new vehicles sold after a specific model year. These warranties cover the cost of replacing parts that break because of workmanship or are defective. All warranties cover replacements for all original equipment (OEM) parts. Along with the standard factory warranties for new models, Chevrolet offers additional protection plans that can be purchased for more coverage, such as the supplemental plans for older Chevrolet vehicles not covered through new vehicle warranties.
